Penn State York is a non-residential campus. To make commuting to campus more manageable, we provide the following tools and information:
Rabbit Transit (Bus Service)
Rabbit Transit, operated by the York County Transportation Authority, provides commuter bus service to the Penn State York campus. Half price bus passes are available to registered Penn State York students in the Student Affairs office, located in the Joe and Rosie Ruhl Student and Community Center. Schedules, fare information, routes, and more information is available from Rabbit Transit.
Penn State York Taxi Service
The Penn State York taxi service is available for students who live close to campus. The Student Activity Fee Committee provides partial funding for transportation services for students who live within a mile of campus. Please stop in to the Student Affairs Office in the Joe and Rosie Ruhl Student Community Center for details.
